Meet alternative indie-folk singer-songwriter, Keren Ilan.
Keren Ilan’s characteristically effortless delivery is the result of her unique life story as a Vietnam-born artist.
The songwriter has been exploring her musicality since the age of 12, when she first picked up a guitar.
She began writing music because of an inability to express herself. Songwriting became her way communicate her thoughts, feelings and ideas, much like a personal diary.
Ilan sticks out both visually and musically in the landscape of Tel Aviv, the city she now calls home.
In her debut EP, released in 2019, she designs a world of dreamy indie-rock that allows her mellow voice to lead — gently and seamlessly — a vulnerable journey of pure, pretty poesy.
